This website explains the service and helps you check whether a request fits. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a promise of approval, participation or an effective date.

Fit check results

• A fit check result is an initial answer, payer by payer. A person confirms coverage before anything is offered.
• Unknown combinations are never accepted automatically. They are marked “needs review”.

Engagements

Work starts only after you receive and accept a written scope. The scope describes the agreed work, your responsibilities, the required authorizations and signatures, and what happens when work cannot be completed. No payment is taken through this website.

The sample workspace uses invented providers, practices, plans and documents. Nothing in it was prepared, signed or submitted.
