This notice describes what this website does with information. Any engagement is covered by its own written scope and agreement.

What the website does with information

• The fit check asks only for categories, such as provider type, state and payer. It never asks for names, identifiers, documents or passwords.
• Your answers stay in your browser. They are kept in session storage so the Back button works, and they are cleared when you start over or close the tab.
• The fit check does not send your answers to CredentialingServices, PracticeElf or any payer.
• The sample workspace shows invented data that is built into the page.

Third parties

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request information to deliver pages. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the standard request information a browser sends when downloading a font. No analytics or advertising tags are installed.
